Centrum Holdings is a net media company active in the CEE region. Its Czech audience is 1 million visitors a day and 3.8 million visitors a month. It operates, among others, Atlas.cz, Centrum.cz, Aktuálně.cz, ICQ, Xchat.cz, or Žena.cz. Centrum Holdings was founded in 2008, following the merger of Atlas.cz and NetCentrum. Centrum Holdings is owned by Warburg Pincus, an American private equity firm, which purchased NetCentrum in November 2007 and Atlas.cz in January 2008. Centrum Holdings has approximately 400 employees in two countries.
