Centrum Holdings obtains majority in the biggest Croatian portal
Centrum Holdings has acquired a 75% share in net.hr, the most popular portal in Croatia. The portal will join Centrum Holdings’s existing brands, such as aktualne.cz, atlas.cz, centrum.cz, ICQ, or zena.cz. Proficio, the former majority holder in net.hr, will continue to develop the portal and hold a 25% share. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The new owner of one of fastest-growing cars advertising site - cars.cz – is Centrum Holdings. Cars.cz will benefit from Centrum Holdings’ strong background for further development of its activities in both Czech Republic and Slovakia, while Centrum Holdings will strengthen its portfolio in one of the key online advertising areas. The transaction price will not be published.

Portal operator receives new name and logo, service brands to remain unchanged
Centrum holdings becomes the successor of Atlas.cz and NetCentrum, merged in early March this year. Popular service brands, such as atlas.cz, centrum.cz, or aktuálně.cz remain unchanged.
